Success is an Ongoing Process...

Some say, there are successful and unsuccessful people out there and I say there are people that keep on trying and there are many people that achieve many of their dreams, goals and plans, however, they do not see a great value on what they have accomplished, because they measure their own kind of success against others, and their own efforts seem so small or inexistant, compared to other people, they view as “truly” successful.

It is true that there are many people out there that have been able to succeed in many areas of their life: Love, health, money.

Many people are just able to create great relationships in life. They have created a healthy, perfect relationship with a significant other, have lots of friends and attract the right kind of people into their lives.

There are many people out there that enjoy great health, eat the right food, take good care of their bodies, are very fit and never need to see a doctor because they enjoy very good health.

Many people have been able to finish college or university, develop their talents and create businesses, and they work every day, on something they really love, while creating large amounts of income.

What I previously mentioned are just a few things, and a few areas in life, some people used to measure the level of success a person may or may not possess in those things or in those areas of their life.

However, success is an ongoing process for everybody, even those we consider “very successful” in all areas of their lives. We need to continue working on all areas of our lives, to make them better and to continue to create success. We cannot remain idle, and we need to keep producing good results.

Love, health and money, just like everything in life, do not last forever, if we do not make good use of them. We need to keep nurturing love, we need to keep our mind, body and spirit in tune with each other to maintain health, and we need to continue producing income and use it to produce more, in the form of working every day.

Nobody has the right to tell anyone else, they are not successful because they are not measuring up to those standards. My level of success may be different than yours, however, to me, it is success, nevertheless.

We are all here to learn and to grow and to make mistakes and learn from thos emistakes. Nobody knows everything and even the "very successful" ones from yesterday and today, made and make many mistakes and learned and learn from those mistakes, so can everybody else.

There maybe a very happy old man, living content in a very small country house he bult with his own hands, surrounded by nature and animals. He never went to school, and he never learned how to write, however, he worked hard, and he raised 10 children along with his wife and he sent all those 10 children to school, including universities where they got a great education. This man is very successful in my eyes and in the eyes of many.

There is also the lady that lost 100 lbs. on her own, through diet and exercise. It took her 5 years, but she did it. There are days that are hard and in the 5 years it took her to lose weight, there were many doubts and ups and downs and yo-yo dieting and other personal issues that got in the way, however, she is successful now, in that area of her life.

Learning to ride a bike is a successful act on its own. Learning to read. Learning another language. Learning to drive. Learning to type fast on a keyboard. Learning to manage income, and so on. I can tell you many types of successes and yet, you already know that.

Even when we think we are “masters” in any field, we can always improve and we can always get better, so any level of success can always be broken like a “world record” and we can always dream up and reach for the stars.

We just need to stop comparing ourselves to others and we just need to remember the “small” moment to moment, day to day successes in our lives and concentrate on that. We need to give value to all those things we accomplished, when at one moment, we thought, we could have never accomplished. That will allow us to keep pursuing our bigger dreams and goals and that will allow us to make them happen and to reach the maximum success in our lives.

And once we reach those bigger goals and success in life, we will realize that is only the beginning as we need to continue the momentum and put all our effort, energy, time and focus, into that, which we really want, to achieve even greater success, every day of our lives.

I hope this motivates you to keep succeeding in all areas of your life, my fellow niñas and niños everywhere!!
