You Can Shine with your Own Light!!

 

Don’t measure your progress against others. Don’t compare yourself to other people that are walking their own evolution and their own path. People are resilient and just because someone may “appear” to have things under control and do not have any problems in life, that is just a “perception” and that person is also a human and they feel discomfort and pain just like everyone else, however, we do not have all the insights and we do not know for sure, if those people may have learned to manage and to function, effectively, around those problems.

For some of us that started this self-discovery for a while, we all have been taking the time to know who we are, and we know we are important as everybody else is, and we have learned, we do not need validation, approval or acceptance from others, to be happy and to feel whole. We do not compare ourselves to others or their progress, because we are busy walking our own path.

We are not jealous or envious of other people’s achievements and successes, because we recognize our own value, our own talents, and our own contributions and how important they all are. We attract and we keep the company of only those that will add to our new life and those that will inspire and teach us how to achieve greater things in life.

Please, don’t doubt yourself and your own potential. Don’t ever feel sorry for yourself, even in the darkest hours. Don't be so hard on yourself for the many mistakes you have made, because all successful people may have made many mistakes, even double of triple of what you have made. Know that we are all guilty of that, and nobody is perfect. Forgive others and forgive yourself and keep moving forward on your own journey.

You need to learn to leave toxic people, relationship and situations behind, in the past, and you have to believe there are people out there, attracted to you and to the wonderful people they recognize you are, and when you meet someone new that thinks you are worth treating with respect, admiration and real love, it is because, unlike others in the past that abused you, neglected you, took advantage of you, disrespected you and ignored you, that new person sees the true “important” and “special” you, so do not take them for granted.

Don’t miss opportunities and don’t shut down people that have shown you they genuinely care about you, that respect you and admire you for the kind person that you are. Learn to see the good intentions in people, especially the ones that want you to shine and the ones that recognize the true you and your potential to be even greater.

You need to change your environment and the toxic people in it, to appreciate healthiest situations, people, relationships and ways of life. Be honest with yourself and honest with others. Have integrity and be compassionate. Don't take advantage of others and don't let others take advantage of you. Don’t hurt others and don’t allow others to hurt you. Know that just because you grew up in a toxic environment and sometimes you get into toxic relationships, that is not normal and that needs to stop for you and your life to change for good.

Create your own wonderful life and only allow people that treat you well, with respect, consideration and kindness, in it. Take time to get to know yourself, who you are, what you want, what you value and be sure to know that you only deserve the best in life. Be brave and be strong, to be able to make the best decisions for you and to ask for what you want, not what others think is good for you.

Be vulnerable and be yourself. Connect with your inner child and discover your true essence and learn to love that. Don’t be afraid to be yourself and don’t allow yourselfa and your mind, to disrespect your soul, to sabotage you, to make you believe that you are less than what you are worth and less than what you deserve to be, a unique soul with limitless potential, possibilities, opportunities and born to be great in all aspects of your life.

Remind yourself every day, you are a very unique and special person with abundance of self-love and confidence, knowing that you are important and what you have to say is important and that your existence is important. You are deserving of only the best: Pure, unconditional, genuine love. Don’t let anyone make you believe otherwise. Don’t let others disrespect you and put you down.

Be kind and nice but don’t let others walk all over you and take advantage of you. You deserve better than that. You are better than a rag or a mop people “use” to their advantage and to clean up their own messes. Do not live up to other people's expectations of what you should be. Do not let your past define you, especially if in that past, you were hurt in any way, shape or form.

And when you are able to discover your full potential and you see your own progress in this evolution and life of yours, and the amazing little things you accomplish every day, and all of the little goals you complete that add up to greater things, you know you have come a long way and you are successful and you are capable of achieving even more and better and greater things in life.

And with that realization, your own self-discovery expands beyond your wildest dreams and a bright, powerful light inside yourself comes and shines through you and around you, one which only very alike and receptive souls, can perceive, to cheer you up and to recognize that “potential” you have within you and that greater self you carry with you.

Then you realize you have ignited that fire within you. That beautiful, bright and shining light of yours will light up constantly and stronger, and even more so, every time someone else will try to dim it, so don't allow it and make it shine every moment of your existence moving forward.

As you and I and all other people develop and improve, walking our own paths, we have many goals, plans and ideas to continue reaching our fullest potential and we need to support one another in our growth and in our journey, and we need to remember that the success of one person, will impact each and every one of us, by billions.

We also need to understand that we are all walking through different paths and levels of evolution, and that is okay, as we all didn't start our own journey of discovery at the same time, however, we can all learn and be inspired by each other for everything we know and learn evryday in life, by sharing that knowledge with others.

So go on and shine with your own light!! People need to see the good in others and people need to be inspired and people need to learn to believe in themselves and to believe their dreams can become a reality and they need to believe we all have that bright, shining light inside us.

And most important, people need to know how important we as individuals are and how important it is to shine with our own unique light, instead of trying to dim other people’s light.
